What’s wrong
with the world?
There’s bad news almost every day. Global things like war, disease, natural disasters – and individual pains like the death of a loved one or betrayal of a friend. It’s almost like something’s broken somewhere.
Something is broken. The world wasn’t created with all these problems. It was created to be perfect and good. But from the very beginning people turned away from the God who made this good world. God wanted us to live with Him and for Him, but people rebelled and turned away. And from that rebellion comes all the brokenness and pain we experience today.
The Good News is that God did not leave us without hope. He has shown us immeasurable love and has made a way for each of us to turn back to Him.
